In Gun Loco, players enter the far edge of the solar system where only the craziest criminals are sent, with no guards, no security and no rules. A collection of the craziest criminals in the universe are incarcerated on a remote prison planet with no walls and forgotten by society. In this long-abandoned world, the only rule is anarchy, as each faction fights in a bloodthirsty race for survival, power and freedom. Through several seven climate zones and numerous stylized maps, players must fight through the ruins of the world’s previous civilizations, taking on each region’s inmates in a frantic and frenetic struggle to survive.
Gun Loco offers single and multiplayer gameplay in a sprint-action shooter format. players can assume the roles of unique and memorable characters in a game that redefines the run-and-gun shooter. While pursuing enemies and being chased by their opponents, players must make use of the sprint-action play by running, jumping, ducking and vaulting, using the environments to their advantage. With a powerful arsenal of weapons at their disposal, each character comes complete with their own kill move, coupled with a mocking take-down taunt to ridicule their victims. The frenzied and furious comic style gameplay comes into its own with full 12-player online multiplayer matches across the planet, with a range of game modes and multiplayer arenas.

The Department of Justice has fired a salvo in the war against patriotic Americans supporting the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The DOJ has issued Investigating Terrorism and Criminal Extremism –Terms and Concepts, a 120-page propaganda addendum described as “a glossary designed primarily as a tool for criminal justice professionals to enhance their understanding of words relating to extremist terminology, phrases, activities, symbols, organizations, and selected names that they may encounter while conducting criminal investigations or prosecutions of members of extremist organizations.”
The DOJ glossary will be used by the federal government and increasingly federalized law enforcement to criminalize language used by the patriot movement.
The glossary describes the word “constitutionalist” as a “generic term for members of the ‘patriot’ movement. It is now often used to refer to members of the sovereign citizen or common law court movement. Sometimes the word ‘constitutionalist’ is also used.”
According to Merriam-Webster, a constitutionalist is a person who adheres to a form of government according to constitutional principles.
The DOJ is now apparently in the business of newspeak. In his dystopian novel on totalitarian government, Nineteen Eighty-Four, George Orwell introduced the term doublethink, from which the terms newspeak and doublethink were later derived. Newspeak has come to mean any attempt by the government to restrict or modify language. The DOJ, in an effort to further demonize a growing patriot movement, has attempted to redefine the word consitutionalist in true newspeak fashion.
The word constitutionalist is now shorthand for the sovereign citizen movement, in other words people who support the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are violent cop killers. Earlier this year, two West Memphis, Arkansas, police officers were killed in a shootout allegedly involving a man and his son who were supposedly linked to the sovereign citizen movement in Ohio and Florida.
Prior to this incident, the FBI, an agency of under the DOJ, profiled the “domestic terror threat” posed by the sovereign citizen movement. “Sovereign citizens are anti-government extremists who believe that even though they physically reside in this country, they are separate or ‘sovereign’ from the United States. As a result, they believe they don’t have to answer to any government authority, including courts, taxing entities, motor vehicle departments, or law enforcement,” the FBI wrote on April 13, 2010. The FBI provides contact information for turning in people who espouse “the bogus claims and scams of sovereign citizens.”

Minutes at Council meetings 071310.m4v
This is a segment of the Baker City Council Meeting on 7/13/10 concerning the taking of minutes at Council meetings. Councilor Beverly Calder describes the inadequacy of the minutes (Administrative spin) for the 6/14/10 budget meeting, and even though what she said is true, only herself and Councilor Duman oppose the minutes as written.
Former Councilor Schumacher, an advocate for the former fired City Manager, Steve Brocato, was thrown out of the meeting for calling Mayor Dorrah an “asshole” (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o69YrJDZVe0), but this fact was not included in the minutes, nor were the comments by other Councilors or Budget Committee members (see for example former Councilor and Budget Committee member Randy Daugherty’s comments, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Al-qjEi4j0c and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwywgiWSD5A). (BTW–Unlike the Federal Government, cities can’t print money.)

Also, during the meeting, as documented above, city staff, in answering a question from Councilor Duman, as to “could the video recording serve as the official record,” staff responded with [inaudible no] “because it is a permanent piece of history, and we don’t know in ten years or twenty years if we will be able to read it, because as you know, many formats have gone away, and so that’s why the Oregon State Archives, they dictate to us that at this point still, we are required to have written minutes.” When I repeated the statement to Oregon State Archive staff, and asked them if that was accurate, the person told me that the statement was not accurate. Upon further questioning, she said that for digital records, a “migration plan” had to be in place to cover deterioration and technology issues, and that they would be taking the digital issues up with our “transparency” Attorney General’s office (AG Kroger).

[any of the media mentioned, such as a video, will do, not just the normally inadequate and incomplete minutes.] Neither a full transcript nor a full recording of the meeting is required, except as otherwise provided by law, but the written minutes or recording must give a true reflection of the matters discussed at the meeting and the views of the participants. All minutes or recordings shall be available to the public within a reasonable time after the meeting, and shall include at least the following information:
(a) All members of the governing body present;
(b) All motions, proposals, resolutions, orders, ordinances and measures proposed and their disposition;
(c) The results of all votes and, except for public bodies consisting of more than 25 members unless requested by a member of that body, the vote of each member by name;
(d) The substance of any discussion on any matter; and
(e) Subject to ORS 192.410 to 192.505 relating to public records, a reference to any document discussed at the meeting.
(2) Minutes of executive sessions shall be kept in accordance with subsection (1) of this section. However, the minutes of a hearing held under ORS 332.061 [Hearing to expel minor students or to examine confidential medical records - Chris] shall contain only the material not excluded under ORS 332.061
(2). Instead of written minutes, a record of any executive session may be kept in the form of a sound or video tape or digital recording, which need not be transcribed unless otherwise provided by law. If the disclosure of certain material is inconsistent with the purpose for which a meeting under ORS 192.660 is authorized to be held, that material may be excluded from disclosure. However, excluded materials are authorized to be examined privately by a court in any legal action and the court shall determine their admissibility.
(3) A reference in minutes or a recording to a document discussed at a meeting of a governing body of a public body does not affect the status of the document under ORS 192.410 to 192.505.
