Ok we can pretty much count that he will not be impreached. So he will be president until the next swearing in. Hopefully the next election will provided people with a chance to vote for someone instead of against someone.

New Mexico is labeled as one of those states which
“neither prohibits nor recognizes same sex marriage.”
(There are only 3 states that fall into this category: NY, RI, NM)
In a state like New Mexico, where there is:
“No specific prohibition or recognition of same-sex marriages or unions”
Does that mean, if the governor wanted to, could he issue an executive order to begin issuing marriage licenses to same sex couples?
Could Bill Richardson legalize gay marriage via executive order?
