For the women to dress young is to dress light, do not overdo it. Dress in white, yellow, or pink dress pants with pink and or white slippers. Match it with a sleeveless in bright colors and top it with a cotton dress shirt unbuttoned. You can roll-over your sleeves up and knot the bottom edge of one of those great custom made shirts. Another outfit is wearing of a shirt without any prints across it that is matched with jeans in a dark wash or in plaid Bermudas style. If you want to be sexier, try wearing light colored skirts.
